Our Team Building at the Beach take place for at least 2 hours but can last for the whole day depending on what your team wants to get out of it! Each team building event is customised to your requirements and takes place at out location at Bayview Marina.
We will tailor the session around what you want to get out of the day for example; working together as a team, better communication, relieving stress or building key skills necessary to succeed in business. It can also be just a day out at the beach for a bit of fun and lots of laughs!
Paddlecraft provides a unique team building experience at Bayview Marina, offering engaging kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) sessions. These activities encourage team members to work together and bond through a shared experience of exploring the picturesque Pittwater area while enjoying the fun and excitement of paddling in the beautiful outdoors. Through these collaborative experiences, teams can develop communication and problem-solving skills, build trust, and foster a sense of camaraderie, leading to increased productivity and morale in the workplace. Paddlecraft’s team building activities offer a refreshing and energising way to bring teams closer together and to create lasting memories that can inspire and motivate for years to come.
We will make sure everyone leaves feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. After a enjoyable kayak or SUP journey there is always time to enjoy our many other activities like tug of war, lily pad mat balancing, relay games and more.
At the end of the day we can even put on a barbecue and a few beverages if that is something that interests you.

Paddlecraft has a company mini bus that can offer pick-up and return transport.
If you live too far from Paddlecraft and want us to come to you then we can! We have a trailer that can take up to 30 kayaks and stand up paddle boards that we can move and transport to a beach of your choosing.
